Polished wheels are a waste of money. Got rid of mine for chrome ones. Hated to spend extra money but it ruined the whole look of car. Called GM and they did nothing.

I had same problem a year ago on my 2005. I fixed by putting plastic heat shrink wrap tubing around pins. Rattle hasn't come back.

I got an early model '05 with F55. The right rear shock was leaking. The GM tech detected it during routine service. Car rides much better now.

I am having same problem. Took to dealer they cleared a code and it worked for a couple days then stopped again. Would like to hear if anyone else has a resolution.

I pried the grill off and inserted foam under edges and reinstalled foam. I used 1/2" foam I found at Wal Mart fabrics section.

I put in 3/4" aluminum bar on my rocker rails. Bought the rail, countersunk screws, attached to rocker rails, and no problems when I scrape. The bar cost me $80.

My rattle came from the center speaker grille and top of the dash rattling against the plastic under the dash. I inserted foam around the edges of the grill underneath the dash and rattle went away....
