'73 foggy rear window

Is there a method or a recommended vendor that can clear up the rear window on a soft-top?

Mine is so foggy I can't drive with the soft-top up.

lead wire is a wire that I'm splicing into the connector, after it is off the sensor, and then running the other end of it to a ground.
