When I spun my rod bearing, it was making a knocking noise from 2000-3000 rpm. If it was the rockers, wouldn't the noise be there all the time albeit at different frequency?

You have to take into account for efficiency loss with 4.10 gears at the dyno.

let's say you need 90 degree bend. when it forms in the pipe, how would you take it out? Or do you cut the metal pipe? Wouldn't it be better to boil in water...

Rod knock is caused by spinning the rod bearings(allowing too much clearance).

I did this when I over-revved 3 times.
As you drive the car, you will hear knocking at around 2000-3000 rpm. ...
