Originally they were sayin the Mach 1 was 310 HP, that must have been overated cause the ford web site has it now listed as 305HP with 320 lb -ft of torque. It has a 3.55 rear, and a 10.1:1...

I had some gear work done under warranty recently and the dealer offered to put a new clutch in for $700 - I didnt do it as I have 43k on mine but I was glad to see they werent too expensive on it....

Awesome thanks all! I will also look into changing the bushings - though I may also look into changing the sway bars - I have the Z51 package and my car is a 99 I hear they upgraded the bars in 2001.

What works the best - I got a queaky front end and I am going to grease up the sway bar bushings - also going to grease up the rubber seal for the hood as that squeaks a touch.

Hey Rob,
Droppin it into first while moving was no problem at all, no mashing or grinding. Acording to the manual you can drop it into first as long as you are under 40 mph. Like I said the problem...

Its still in the shop - they told me on Thursday - when I took it in that the Service manager took it for a spin and was able to replicate...
