Yes, those look just like the ones I bought for my early 63. Those are in pretty decent shape. You should be able to sell them easily.

You might need test leads with the little hooks

I wouldn't even try with normal test leads on the meter. Save yourself some agony and get some test clip type leads. They have a spring loaded little hook on the end to grap a wire,connection, etc....
