should i change the IAC now or acting like "never touch a running...

I've got the Error Code 22 (Throttle Position Sensor Low). I adjusted now the Voltage from 0.27 Volts to 0.57, but the error is still stored. I pulled the ECM Fuse for 15mins, but no success. Do...

I try to build a cable for WinALDL (http://winaldl.webhop.net/) there is an instruction how to do that. but i don't understand what "carbed vehicles" means. if my 87 vette is a carbed vehicle...

Maybe important to mention: "R" and "N" are working.
Can it maybe also be the Valve Control Block? Or the governor gear? (i found that in other topics)

While driving on the autobahn and wanted to overtake another car, i got no more speed. i was like at 60mph, it felt i was driving in the 2nd or in neutral while pressing the gas pedal completely...
