They will fit all C3 convertibles. The harness bar bolts directly to the "bird cage", i.e. the same place where your convertible top bolts to. The soft top will remain functional with the C3...

The harness bars are tig welded, tube bent, jig built, and made out of a 2-in OD
0.120-in wall thickness 4130 chromoly steel. Quality for me is a must!
