I don't see how the M-W switch on the fuse does that. You need vaccum to pull the damper closed and without vaccum it remains open. PS: I have one.

It takes time but I with less than 128bit rates it works.

Fix the ID tags
MP3Tag
1. Sort Title
2. Highlight
3. Convert Filename - Tag
4. Select %tag% or %title%
5. Look for odd file names such as "track" and fix manually and include.
