yea it's in a boat, and it's oem. I tried to get a pic. of the oil cap on top of the motor,but all I had with me was my phone cam. and it did'nt come out to good but that's what it say's. You can see...

By the looks of your chambers it looks like your getting coolant in through the intake somehow. It's hard to tell from pic's but the chamber is REAL clean on the intake side.

The clean spots on the pistons is from water NOT oil! you have a leak some where. check for warped heads. Check the exhaust valves on #2 & #3 too it look's like water hit them. Cold water on a 1200...

Check for a clogged cat, that would explain the hissing noise and loss of power but not the tach. :flag

And as the manifold looks good. not slap welded.
