Changed the plugs....again. It didn't help. I did notice one of my plugs (#8) appeared to have black deposits on it and it also smelled like gas. I'm doing a compression check on that cylinder...

I'll give that a shot. I did notice my gasket is torn, but I didn't think anything of it. I figured it wouldn't matter much since it'd only let more air into the carb.

Last night after work I came home and put the thing back to 12 Deg BTC. After some tweaking with the air/fuel mixture screws (I think I'm still running rich) It seeme to be idling a little better. ...

I checked the needles (Didn't know how to do that before!) they appear to be working as ordered. I didn't do the carb trick yet, instead I tried some carb cleaner. I also pulled one wire at a time...
