Best guess is that you installed the center link...

Best guess is that you installed the center link backwards, meaning you need to swap ends so the tie rods go in from the back side. Happens a lot on older Chevy trucks when guys take everything off...

I align 1200-1500 cars a year including midyears...

I align 1200-1500 cars a year including midyears with knockoffs. Absolutely no reason to pull a tire on the front. The rear, probably as it gives you better access but even then, not necessary.
