Throttle response is a bit wonky, I installed a ported throttle body and a throttle controller with some success but eventually I seem to adapted to the car....

So it continues into the C8? Wow, you would think that GM would’ve figured it out by now. My C6 3LT had no issues but I think it had a vinyl dash.

Yes! The customary cost is $3-4k. This is not uncommon with the 3LT and 3LZ leather dash, not much of an issue with the 1LT, 2LT and 1LZ and 2LZ vinyl dash. Not sure about the ZR1 dash.
