remove the console and you will see the problem....

remove the console and you will see the problem. there are youtube videos showing how to remove the console. i tied back that locking pawl over 8 years ago.

I turned the door with a star wrench the same size of the actuator so don't think its nothing stripped. Ithe actuator turns quite a bit when given 12v. and it turns the same amount of turns no matter...

yes..I see both. the mode door actuator is closer and it does have the tan and lt green wires. I just removed it and put 12v to it and it turns fine.. :confused:

anyone have a diagram for the vacuum hoses. my ac is only blowing in defrost mode. swapped the control module and same thing.
