I did the AFE oiled CAI. It threw a code. I think I left the MAF sensor disconnected too long without disconnecting the battery. I would do that when I install it. No tune here and after a few hours...

You should be fine if applied to the caliper only. My two cents are that if you pressure wash your car every week, there is no need for it. Ceramic coating is just yet another way of getting money...
