The Borla 60548 does not get rid of the secondary cats. You have to cut them off the OEM pipe and attach to the Borla before installation. Only the cancelled 60547 got rid of them.

Maybe you can source an OEM X-pipe with cats locally for cheap, people always keep them laying around, and then have a muffler shop cut the cats out. Probably easier and cheaper than a full custom...
