Well hell, now my car is 250 lbs too heavy instead of 150 lbs... That was unexpected and unfortunate.

I have never been out that way but it's not completely impossible, though to be honest at that distance it might be cheaper to investigate shipping. It's ballpark $150 just in gas for me to go to...

You're right. Nobody in SSP/SSM has gone to great lengths to dramatically reduce the weight of their car. They're all 3000+ lbs and full daily drivers with cats, ac, stereo, sound deadening, etc.
