What are the connections for the 3 terminals shown.
My understanding is:
1. To Temp sensor on engine: variable resistor to GND
2. +12VDC
3. GND

Also, do you know what the resistance range is...

It likely started out as an NA9, but has been rebuilt a few times and parts from other carbs were used. Finding that front bowl and lever will be difficult. I have never seen one for sale.
