1984 C4 - Battery Drain from Instrument Cluster

We have a 1984 C4 (auto, stock) that just developed a battery drain issue: new battery went dead after two days without running. With everything off, it was drawing about 0.15A...

I forgot to add that after changing the O2 sensor and clearing the codes (disconnecting the battery), the Check Engine light has not come back but it still is running rough at idle and wants to quit...
