Motor builder said that pressure is just not right. He suggested I check the oil pickup tube and oring the oring is known to fail.

Hmmmmmm that's odd. Glad I'm not the only one in this boat. Going bring it to the tuner today. I'm going to let him check it out before I go wasting money on another oil change.
