Yes the bottom pictures is it and it is rusted where the black is suppose to be and my car didn't have that I might need to get that for my car if it came with that

yes it was rusted and somebody painted over it...

yes it was rusted and somebody painted over it and i am just trying to clean the rust up but it is all rusted out

My 1974 corvette is leaking in the back window and it has some black rubber material on the window to the car guess to make it more waterproof but the black stuff made a channel and water just stays...
