Recently had a conversation with a gentleman, that said he once owned a 1972 Vette, 454, with dual 4 barrels. Did Chevrolet build a beast with that setup? PS a 4 speed car, with AC. Thanks.

Not worried about breaking the mounts. Trying to get the engine to drop down, so I can get clearance on the long tube headers, so they aren't making contact with the chassis. Thanks.

I agree, the dents will be down by the frame, hard to see. Of course money is always a consideration, but also what will be the least pain in the butt factors in.

Hello, and thanks for responding. I was able to unbolt the hinge from the hood, on the drivers side, got access where the splash guard would be. I will try to spin off the nuts on the passenger side....
