Done it 4 times over my 78 yrs, last time in 2015 in a rental Camero, wished all the way up I was in my 99' C5, Fun, slow upward pace, no guards rails on the side, just look straight down. Loved...

Another CF member recommended wrapping the bar...

Another CF member recommended wrapping the bar under the bushing with yellow Teflon tape. I did mine (original bushings) and have never heard a squeak since.
