Is drag racing at a different track considered cheating?

My dad is convinced if I take my car to a track that is out of state that is below sea level and run a faster time, it's considered cheating. What are your thoughts?

I was told the dash will have to come out either by removing the windshield or tear apart the console. Either way the dash will have to be removed.

Leather dask

So the 3lz leather dash on my 2009 z06 is coming unglued and unfortunately needs replaced. GM's price is rediculously high.
If someone has one for sale, please let me know.

One builder I know put l92 heads on an ls7 and put it in a blazer that ran a 10.001.
I don't know what to think...

People I've talked to are highly suggesting I just put a set of LS3 heads on and be done with it and not have to worry about the valve guides issue anymore.
