On my 85 drivers side door. You can unlock/lock the door with the power button or you can lock manually from the inside. but when you stick the key in, you cannot unlock or lock. its like the key...

In general i see no reason for people to use a 9" rear unless nessesary. Its size and bulk alone add alot of weight. plus it takes more horsepower to turn it.

The question is, how much would it cost beyond buying the 9" rearend, to install it and build a frame or whatever is needed to mount the rearend.

I personally wouldnt mind doing like a 8.8 ford...
