My mirror lid hinge is broken. Other than that...

My mirror lid hinge is broken. Other than that the sunvisor is fine. I just need to somehow glue the broken plastic piece back so we can close the sensor and not let the light run down the battery.

I have a professionally restored 1999 C5 Lexan (tinted) Targa Top w/NOS GM seals (still sealed in the GM package). Anyone have an idea of the value?
