The only option to remove that spot is to blend the entire panel and reclear. You can buff on that spot all you want but all you will be doing is removing the clear from the top of it.

Here ya go, I was torn if I would want satin, flat or gloss black so they are currently coated with Plasti-Dip which actually looks damn good and seems to hold up very well. Ill leave them this way...
