Yeah I didn't want to put any cheap spray can or base coat. I wanted something that will last and offer protection. It looks good too. I didn't know there were vin stamps on the frame rails?

Im pretty sure its just the switch/sensor. When I researched it sounded like it was a fairly common issue. I could reset the code on the dash and drive it about 10 minutes until it would come back...
