08 base, only 46.50 for registration renewal every year, i think its based on the vehicle's weight here in NJ. However when it comes to insurance and taxes, we more than make up for it..

Mine is black, but I would agree that white is under appreciated for what you can do with. I don't think they look that good stock, but you can accent it with black and it gets really aggressive...
