First thing I would do is.....Remove the valve covers & see if the engine is a "Solid lifter"...:woohoo::D:thumbs:....

The usage of the allen head bolts is a positive sign!....Mark

I have a collection of Cal Custom valve covers....mostly for 351 Clevelands ...you might appreciate this....I even have a "Hank the Crank"...custom 351C crankshaft with the connecting rod journals...
