LS3 Street Tune with issues under cruise. Hesitates / misses while cruising @ 1.5K

Hey guys,

So we street tuned my LS3 Grand Sport that has a BTR Stage 4 Cam and Intake.

Basically having issues while cruising. At 1500 rpm I will get a random miss / hesitation ever 5-10...

Hey fellas I have a 10' GS i bought at auction.

Initially a blower car, they pulled the blower and put the stock exhaust back on with the stock tune.

Car has agressive BTR FI cam, 60lb...

GM Reinforcement 25954152 Required with stock Grandsport lower Valence / Splitter?

GM offers this reinfrocement 25954152 but it is $250 dollars

Katech also has one.

Are these required for the stock GS / Z06 splitter?
