I just replace my starter with a new starter still have same issue where if I rev the car up to about 4500 rpm the alternator will charge and it goes to 14.2V it starts with 11.88V....

12.42Vdc when car is off. But when car is running I read 11.99Vdc. When i rev car up to 4500 rpm's the battery reads about 13.2Vdc. I had the battery checked by Autozone and they said it was good....
