ok guys. i took the carb apart the needles are fine not stuck, the floats were set wrong (way wrong), i adjusted then i tried to start it. Same thing it would just turn and not start then over...

I found the problem the rear bar was broke by where it connects to the motor and left side joint is rusted froze.
I have disconnected the left side so the seat will sit lower. Any other ideas...
