The simple answer is "no". And Z06 will make things worse if you're wanting a base C8. Either pay the ADM or wait for 10-15 months.

As said before, lifting the car to prevent a flat spot is a total waste of time and effort. If you get a flat spot, the tire rounds itself out in a mile or so.
