won't turn off

My 71 engine has now decided to not shut off! There is 12 volts on the coil even when key is in off pos. any ideas.

Turbo 400

Can anyone tell me if the vent tube on a turbo 400 has a screen? Looking for help my 71 454 turbo 400 sometimes pushes fluid out the dipstick sometimes. Car isn't driven much.

3 groove water pump pulley

Does anyone know if a mercruser 3 groove waterpump pully is the same as a 71 BB with AC is the same pulley? They sure look the same!
