I ended up just making one. There was already a small hole in the wiper bay right in that area. So I just ran it into the wiper bay. Works great. Thanks for all the help.

Hood not opening

Just put the hood back on my 75 after a radiator swap. I got the marks I made for replacing it pretty good (or I thought so). Now the right side won't open. Is there a trick to getting it open?

All the hoses are fairly new from the previous owner. Could be he over tighten them

Yes, looks to be pipe threads. Pipe threads should have teflon tape on them (I think). It is leaking where the threads screw in to the housing. Guess it can't hurt to put some on. Thanks.

Got a couple drops of fluid coming from the two fittings I'm pointing too. Should there be tape on the threads? Doesn't look like there is any....

Radiator cap pressure

Just finishing up the install on my new Champion radiator. The old cap was 16 psi. The one that came with the radiator is 0.9 which I believe is 13 psi. Is the 13 psi ok?
