I could not find it on their online catalog so I emailed the good Doctor. They said lots of parts not uploaded to the web yet. Part # was correct and $24.95 was the price. Thanks for the Info.

Any ideas on where to get the tiny gauge metal tubing the goes from the console to the rubber hose. My is rusted and broken.

The budget is to stay close to the cost of Rallys with caps and rings. Best I could do seems to be $70 for wheel and $50 to $70 for caps and rings. What can be had for $150 in a 17 or 18?
