Wife received car when the car was 3 months old for a birthday present from her previous marriage. Met her in 1984. She ask me to dance at a party. Said she had to go to Montana to pick up a car....

cockpit heat gone

Replaced valve in heater core line and adj. Blower motor door but didn't fix problem then wrapped exhaust pipe from crossover to converter pipe (converter gone) then put dynamat
On pass. Side floor....

Did more checking on air in fuel filter. Told I have heat soak. Anybody had this and solved it.
Read I may have to put different base carb to manifold gasket in. Any help is great!!

78 L82 inline clear gas filter drains

After driving car, gas in filter bubbles till filter emptys. Filter glass isn't hot.no gas leaks. New mech. Pump, new 600 edelbrock carb. Any ideas?
