Ecs kit tensioner alignment

Which do you turn to help angle the tensioner for alignment ? My belt keeps jumping ribs...

I have an 08z51 auto swapped to a 402stroker with an ecs kit. Car has been running hot ever since the install. Temps were chilling at 230 degrees which is too high for me. And then my fans stopped...
