Necessary to pull bumper or not?

I have HID's installed and need a low & a high beam replaced. (Not replacing the housing, just the bulbs.) I'm being told the bumper needs to be pulled for access. True or not?

I'd love that Dewitt, but I've spent over $3600 in the past two months on repairs to this car (not mods) and the Dewitt is not in my budget!

I guess the aluminum aftermarket is the way I'll go....

GM or aftermarket radiator?

My '98 DD has a cracked radiator. There's about a $200 difference in prices I've been quoted on a GM radiator and an aftermarket one.
Is the GM one worth the $200 extra?
