Tach not working properly

I just replaced the tach on my 1965 and it is not working properly.

It starts to work but once it reaches about 1000 RPM it stays there and it appears that the cable jumps out of the drive gear....

I would also possibly interested in the 461 heads dated I 3 64 and I 4 64 which I think Camaros and Chevelles has and wants to trade for your 462 heads?

Is there a way to be able to use either the 327 carbureted flag emblem or the long and narrow fuel injection emblem used in 1965 with out any holes showing on the fender?

1957 Wiper problem

The wipers do not shut off.
They pulsate back and forth at bottom of the windshield and I have tried to adjust the cable to the wiper switch and the wiper arms but no luck.

Windshield Wipers

My wipers on my 1957 do not shut off. They are cable driven.
They go down but pulsate back and forth near bottom of windshield.
They will turn off if I manually move the drivers side arm downward....
