also i can feel it a lot in the steering wheel, i can def. feel the front wheels bouncing around. does anyone think it could be shocks or tie rods.

bottom line its a tastless thing to do to any car, in a way it gives all corvette owners a bad name and further proves the stereo type that corvette owners are the ones who put chrome and stickers...

But i dont think its rare to ahve a hard top and a rag top. id say beyween 12-15k and maybe even 20k. ive seen 73 go for 20 in not that great of shape.
