Volt

I set the multimeter at 600V and I get 11 volts from battery. Set the meter to 200 volts and I get 12 volts from battery.

proper reading of fuses

Just got home from work and checked fuses 19 and 25, am getting 11 volts in and out on both fuses, where to next?

Low readings on #19 and #25

Only read 1 volt on fuse 19 and only read 3 volts on fuse #25, also noticed fuse box is pretty dirty and dusty!! WHERE TO NEXT??
