Update

I cleaned the IAC/throttle body last year when i put in the new injectors Could it be dirty already?
I did check the resistance of the IAC per the FSM and it look ok.

Correct fuel pressure for '91?

I measured the fuel pressure on my stock '91:

Engine running: 35-36 psi.
Turn off engine, pressure increases to 42 psi. The 42 psi is maintained for at least 30 mins.

I found 2 kits for rebuilding ( i found out I have cs130 alternator):
1) on ebay ($31). the kit includes the regulator, rectifier, brushes and 2 bearings.
