motor mounts

My 76 needs mounts I noticed the fan was hitting the shroud under acceleration they are new mounts but I guess it's stretching them its 450 hp any recommendations on good motor mounts

hopefully your oil is not cavitating you might have to install aWindage tray in your oil pan or take a quart or two out and run only 5 quarts

i have a 76 350 motor and th350 trans i just put 3.55 gears in the rear it had 308s before. now the speedo is off what color speedo gear do i put in or how many tooth gear do i change to thanks...

rear gears

i have a 76 sbc 350 with th 350 trans motor is making around 500 hp the gears are 3.08 now the rear just took a crap today i still want to drive highway sometimes and dont want to go to the track...

1.6 gives you alittle more lift but makes sure...

1.6 gives you alittle more lift but makes sure your holes in the heads for the push rods are big enough you get about 30ths more lift depending on what cam you have and make sure your valve guides...

I have done 4 big blocks chevys and 2 sbc and had problems with their lifters falling apart some were roller and some flat tappet all in a matter of 3 months there quality control is just not there...

Dont waste your time with comp cams the thumper...

Dont waste your time with comp cams the thumper cams are crap go with a bullet custom grind cam they will grind a cam to fit your motor and your driving needs
