So I decided to have the trans. cooler w/fan mounted in the back for more clearance and air. Now... since I received the wrong size SS hoses :( I had to run to PepBoys and buy the ProFlex SS braided...

Hodd problem Resolved!

I picked up an L88 Hood and it fits like a glove!..The body shop will adjust the brackets etc.. to make a perfect fit and paint the all front end black again ;)

well...my BB hood has a 2" rise..so this one...

well...my BB hood has a 2" rise..so this one would only gain me 2" more..not enough imo since the tip of the carb. is less than 1/2 inch from touching!

the only other option it would be a 4" scoop...

the rise from my BB hood its only 2"..any upgraded intake would have give me trouble!..I thought I could resolve with a drop base...
