I didn't have HUD on my C5, so I didn't have to deal with that. But I don't remember having a problem removing the wire cluster from the IPC so I can't help you with that.

Yeah, I agree with Bandit 00C5. As I remember from last summer, I pulled the IPC out and was able to crack open that speaker housing on the rear of the IPC enough to slip in and snip the wire....
