I’m going to assume mine was either ground in-house or possibly on a Cam Motion core. I’d love to know just out of curiosity but then again I guess it really doesn’t matter.

When mine was as bone stock it sounded 100% identical to this, and It was on the driver side. Everyone told me to stop worrying and drive it, although I think it’s a lifter making noise.

Well it sucks not knowing what cam you have but at least the parts you know of are really good stuff. Kooks and Corsa are top of the line as far as exhaust. What were the dyno numbers?

Thats was my thoughts also. You can use dowel rods or compressed air to change the cam without pulling the lifters but if he can change the lifters without pulling the heads I would love to see that...

Nope didn’t remount them, just swapped the fronts and ran them backwards. I didn’t do the rears so I’ll swap the fronts and rears and see if there’s any difference

If he’s built an LS1 and LS2 the he should know better… heads have to come off to change lifters. The LS7 is no different. Might wanna make sure he knows what he’s doing
I recommend Johnson lifters...

I just put it back real close, I put Moog end links on so they aren’t identical. Took the car around the block and of course it drives like crap but I’m sure the alignment will get it driving good
