Find a snap on tool guy they have a torque gauge on there truck they can check it for you to see how accurate it is.

If this car came in my shop I would have to say its a alignment issue and would correct the alignment as needed and rec. a few more pounds of air pressure but then have you drive it about 1000-1500...
