That happened to me too, it was an Aftermarket replacement spring that we installed when we did a forged lower on my Z06, didn't figure it out for a while because it ran great up to 5000 RPM or more!...

The fact you have a random misfire code does NOT indicate it is happening on more than one cylinder, it just indicates the ECU is too Stupid to tell what cylinder is misfiring!
