I'll check the voltages. Since the electricity bottlenecks here at the ignition switch and the starter is engaging, I was certain it was a matter of getting a new ignition switch (not the cylinder)...

I'd bet it's an idler pulley bearing. Get a mechanics stethoscope from Harbor freight and start poking around,you'll find it.

Ok, Everybody can have a great time with this one.

Had the Dampener come apart. Outer ring slid backwards and rubbed a groove in the timing cover and oil pan lip right where they both bulge out...

Potential cause of Harmonic balancer Failure

Be careful when cleaning. I have come to the conclusion that degreasers and cleaners are to blame for disintegrating the elastomer on the balancers (OEM). Just a heads up.
